parking fines

parked out side the post office today to renew my licence photo parked my bike at the end of the parking bays due to the queue I got a bit delayed when I came out there was a ticket on the bike don't seem right that I have to pay same as a car I don't take up as much room,i thought you could park a motor bike in disabled bay
how do you contest a parking fine

If it was in a disabled parking bay then you rightly deserve a parking ticket, you could have prevented a blue badge disabled driver from parking. Looks like you will have to pay up
