I have never required to adjust this screw before. But on the housing, same side as the gear changer.

there is an adjustment bolt, with a 10mm bolt on it, I just adjusted the bolt, by screwing it right out.

I can bump start the bike easily but most importantly, The kick start now works again.

Lesson learnt!
