stator bell,.

Is the 4 magnets in the bell housing N and S N and S or are they all one orientation?

really be helpful if someone can find out.

Best way to check is put another magnet against the flywheel magnets. Like poles repel, unlike poles attract, see this web page http://www.howmagnetswork.com/
