I assume you mean float chamber gasket. Available from Fowlers £2.95 https://www.fowlersparts.co.uk/parts/3974477/t80-2fl-1986-999-a/carburetor currently on back order though

A J Sutton can also supply to 'special order' but at a massive £11.03. https://www.yamahamotorcyclespares.co.uk/product/yamaha/22F141840000/gasket,%20float%20chamber?uid=0
You could of course make one from gasket paper usually available at motorist discount stores.
