t 8o running problems

hi all ive got a t80 which ive owned fr some years now and i have decided to try and get t goin. the problem is when i bought it the threads were stripped on the plug so i took the head and barrel off without lookin how it went. after putting it back together it would start with no power like it its missing. i assume its the timeing. an ideas on how i go about setting one of these up as its lookin preety sd at the back of my garage.

You have the valve timing out. There is a T mark on flywheel that needs to be aligned with line on crankcase, and a mark on the camshaft sprocket to align with mark on head. Best to get a Haynes manual.
