Well the stud extractor didnt work along with heat and mole grips and everything else i could think of and eventually the stud sheared of flush with the cylinder head so i had no alternative but to put another cylinder head on. It wasnt too bad a job to do and only took an hour. Bike is back up and running with nice stainless bolts in the exhaust now. Surprised 
I think i will take the old head to an engineering co. to see if they can drill out the stud and retap it.
