T80 parts supplier (CMS Netherlands)
This company https://www.cmsnl.com/yamaha-t80-1986-2fl-england-262fl-310e1_model35918/partslist/#.XvWnWKjYpD8 stock parts for the T80, They appear to be able to supply most parts (unlike Fowlers who have lots no longer available) ie petrol taps at 31 euros (£28.03) but carriage charges are a bit high though.

cheers

Hi JW
I take your point but it depends how much you want a part. Genuine manufacturers parts prices are sky high anyway. You pays your money and takes a chance.

Yes but why are parts so cheap in Greece, which is in effect a bankrupt country.!

Because the spare parts in Greece, the cheap ones mostly, are made in China and are of dubious quality and application.
Most of the time it is better to buy a used spare part than a cheap new Chinese one.
Of course this does not apply to everything, I personally had a problem with a rectifier, and a fuel cock.
The rectifier cost 5 euros and the fuel switch 12 euros, both did not work properly for more than ten days.
I can not understand why Greek stores do not send goods to foreign countries, I have asked many times why and I have complained, since finally I had to buy the product and send it later.
