New T80 owner
Just taken delivery of an imported T80. I need to get myself a manual as I would like to change the oil and other necessary items as I have no maintenance record.
Could anyone tell me the oil I should use. I also note that the engine casing says 850cc which is not showing on any website specs for the model. It runs very well and starts first time manually or electronically.
Any advice, I would gratefully receive.
Mike

Oil is 10/40 850cc is the capacity NOT the grade. Plenty of Haynes manuals availabe to buy on eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1247-Yamaha-T50-and-T80-Townmate-Haynes-Haynes-Workshop-Service-Manual/133352321258?hash=item1f0c6af0ea:g:qrMAAOSw92heYNIu

Re: New T80 owner
Thanks all. Bought an original Yamaha owners manual and waiting for delivery of the Haynes manual. Have one problem shredded screw stopping removal of the front panel. Tried, rubber band, super glue and last resort drilling for screw extractor but it’s defeating me. Now seeking help from someone more experienced and with better tools. The other five came out great, two were replaced to avoid future shread problems. MOT noted shocks close to replacement time so I need to source these items. Mike
