Idle Jet Screw

I was riding my bike today and it behaved oddly. It stalled when it was warm and I later saw the idle screw jet had fallen out somewhere! I did find the spring but not the screw.
Any idea where I can get one and how much it would be?

It has a very fine thread so would be difficult to make from a standard screw.
