Initially looks like a smart little bike, but the rust is getting a hold into the usual places around the back end. Dont take too much notice of the sellers statement "AN APPRECIATING CLASSIC SCOOTER AND NOW BECOMING RARE IN THIS UNRESTORED CONDITION" they are only rare in a RESTORED condition. Plenty of rusty old nails out there.
That home made carrier is doing it no favors & being bolted to the rear mudguard its putting stress on that.
