Hi all, the brass plunger on my carb  is bent & the spring is missing, has anybody got any spares they would sell,i don't think these are available .

you can straighten the brass plunger with your finger and thumb I used a biro spring in mine

I think a biro spring is too strong, it needs to be weeker than the spring on the lever otherwise the pump wont work.
A J Sutton have no stock of the plunger kit you could try Fowlers of Bristol http://www.fowlers.co.uk/index.php#section1

No I dont think it is the correct one for the T80/T50 accelerator pump plunger, no mention of T80 & seller says its a THROTTLE VALVE SPRING for CW50 BWS Zuma and CY50 CG50 Jog

The spring is part of a kit including the plunger on a T80 No 11 in this diagram https://www.yamahamotorcyclespares.co.uk/genuineparts/9063/7/yamaha%20t80%20townmate%2083-94/carburetor?uID=0
