On the surface this looks like a tidy bike BUT the 2012 repaint looks just that, there appears to be some form of (duck tape?) covering the seam on the rear mudguard which is a notorious rust spot.
How many other rusty area's have been treated with bodged repairs. £950 is far to much for a bike of this age and condition. This is not a  'solid rot free pressed steel frame'
