Hello

Need a bit of advice on the removal of the rear wheel.
I have removed the brake rod etc and removed the brake plate.
The rear wheel for some reason will not pull away from the bevel box.
I was expecting it to simply pull off the shaft from the bevel box but it will not shift.
Any ideas/advice?

Cheers

Mike

It separates at the cush drive it can stick a bit on the O ring that forms an oil seal, so you need to wiggle it about whilst pulling it from drive unit.

Have had a go at giving it a good wiggle but it has only moved a few mm off the cush drive.
Will have to get someone to hold the bike steady and have another go at it

Try spraying some WD40 onto it.

Because I have not understood.

You can not remove the wheel or the shaft? Or the shaft from the wheel?

Does the shaft rotates freely?
