I've just received in the post yesterday the new V5 document from the UK Government's DVLA for the Yamaha T80 ( motorcycle only just purchased on 29/8/2019, so that is a pretty quick turnaround, all done on-line incidentally ) and they have completely revised the document at least since the last one I've received for a bike.
An easier to read and much clearer layout with more obvious instructions as to what the owner must do when the vehicle is sold, transferred, scrapped etc AND the major change, it no longer shows the previous keeper's name and address ( I presume due to GDPR rules ), just the number of previous keepers. I initially thought it must be something to do with leaving the EU but the 'European Community' is still mentioned. Interesting nevertheless.
