Guys and gals,

I'm thinking about setting my townmate (1986) out to pastuers new as plan to get stuck into another... It has done 3 miles from the refurb/recondition.

The following work has been carried out.
- Sandblasted and powder coated frame and wheels
- Cleaned, sanded and sprayed all plastics
- New exhaust
- 2 new tires - Mitchlen M45
- All bolts and screws replaced with stainless steel set
- New battery
- New brake cable
- New choke cable
- New speedo Cable
- New handlebar grips
- New foot peg rubbers
- New brake shoes front and rear
- New mirrors
- New chrome shocks
- New wheel bearings front and rear
- New fuel tank
- New air filter
- All new bulbs
- New rear rubber mount splash guard
- New pressed metal number plate – Black and Silver
- Carburettor ultrasonic cleaned
- Reupholstered seat
- Full service and lubrication of rear shaft drive
- Oil change / New plugs

With this bike I also have a complete spare engine with full set of engine casings, a new set of Original Yamaha Rims and spokes and a full spare set of plastics. The bike comes taxed(irish) for 12 months and is in showroom condition.

Full details of the rebuild is here

Best to put it on eBay to see what it will make. It may be make £800 to £900 but bear in mind you can buy a brand new Chinese built Honda Innova look alike 110cc for £1000 on the road or £100 less if you buy it in the crate & put it together yourself. Also a buyer in the UK mainland would have the expense of getting it back from Eire. Even if you flew out & rode it back its going to cost £150 I would have thought. Why after all the work restoring it do you want to sell it?
