No spark ?
I have tried starting my T80 after a standing of 12 months but to no avail it went though a stop start stage where it would run for a wile then stop swap plugs would do the same run a short wile and stop.
I now have no spark at the HT Lead, what do think most likely coil or CDI ? before I start shelling out. cheers Gaz

Sounds like a poor connection, check the plug & socket connection from engine unit to CDI unit. Undo the connection spray it with switch cleaner reconnect & it should be fine.

Re: No spark ?
Hi John I did all that, when I started the bike I could hear a ticking I think now it could be that the HT lead is breaking down.for a few quid I will replace the coil.
