T80 Cylinder Capacity Limit

Can anyone clarify what is the CCs limit for a T80 cylinder?

Being 79cc as standard, to what capacity would it be able to be bored out to?

I'm hoping it can go to 100cc to give it more punch.

I would not think its possible to bore out to 100cc, you would break through the casting wall, also you will be limited to the largest oversize piston available which I think is 1.5mm which would only give an increased capacity of 84cc.

is the bore a pressed in liner? you could have a 100cc liner fitted may be.

There is no liner in casting & to take it out to 100cc you would need a bore of 53mm (standard is 47mm) thats the outer diameter of the current spigot, so if you allowed for a spigot of 3mm wall thickness, the cylinder casting would need to be bored to 59mm it would then break through the casting particularly the underside where it is very thin anyway, in fact it would break through at 53mm. You would also need a piston of 53mm. The jobs a No No & the increase in performance would be minimal.
