my throttle cable fell out of the carb bringing me to a stop,i put it back in but noticed that the inner cable was to long as if a adjuster was missing so my question is is there a adjuster on the carb

There is an adjuster at the twist grip end & there should be circlip at the carb end to stop the cable coming out of slot.
